1. Payment Methods
   We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.

2. Order Confirmation
   Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order details carefully, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days.

   • Standard shipping times apply based on your location. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within Australia. International shipping rates will vary.

4. Taxes & Duties
   For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Natural Territory products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

1. Change of Mind

   • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

   • If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

   • Email our customer care team at anita@naturalterritory.com.au with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

   • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.

4. Sale Items
   Items purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
