Shipping Policy – Natural Territory Products

Order Processing

All Natural Territory orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Every order is packed with care using eco-friendly materials, ensuring your natural and cruelty-free products arrive in perfect condition.

During busy periods such as seasonal promotions or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Times Across Australia

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Most metro deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, with slightly longer timeframes for regional and remote areas.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your parcel via the link provided in your confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our team at anita@naturalterritory.com.au for assistance.

If your Natural Territory parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility transfers to you — please ensure a safe and secure delivery address.

Authority to Leave

If you select “Authority to Leave,” your parcel may be left unattended at your delivery address. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

Address Errors or Undeliverable Parcels

Please double-check your delivery details before checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship it — however, additional reshipping fees may apply.

We want you to love every Natural Territory purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

or hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our team at anita@naturalterritory.com.au with your order number to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We may ask you to return the faulty product (at our expense) for inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange unused products of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
